K VATTO — LOOP LICENSE

These loops and stems are provided free of charge under the terms below.
By downloading or using them, you agree to these terms.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
-------------------
K Vatto grants you a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use these
loops and stems in original beats and musical compositions. You may edit,
chop, pitch, layer and otherwise process the loops as part of your work.

2. CREDIT
---------
Any released work using these loops should credit "prod. K Vatto" in its
title, description, credits or metadata.

3. PRODUCER SHARE
-----------------
Any commercial use of these loops entitles K Vatto to 50% of the producer
share. Commercial use means any use that is not strictly non-profit,
whether or not it has earned income yet, including:

  - Beat sales and leases. On BeatStars, add "kvatto" as a collaborator at 50%.
  - Releases on Spotify, Apple Music or any other streaming or download service.
  - Monetized uploads on YouTube, SoundCloud or social platforms.
  - Sync, placements and any other licensed use.

The producer share includes beat sale and lease income, writer and publishing
income attributable to the producer side, and master royalties or producer
points allocated to the producer side. For example, where a song is split
50% artist / 50% producer, the producer side is divided equally (25% / 25%
of the whole).

Non-commercial use (unmonetized uploads, practice, personal projects)
requires credit only.

4. MAJOR PLACEMENTS
-------------------
For placements with a major label or major artist, contact
contact@kvatto.com prior to release so that credits and splits can be
documented.

5. RESTRICTIONS
---------------
You may not:

  - Resell, redistribute or give away the loops or stems on their own.
  - Include them in any other loop kit, sample pack or sound library.
  - Register any work using them with Content ID, Facebook Rights Manager
    or similar content identification services.
  - Claim authorship of the original loops.

6. CORRECTIONS AND TERMINATION
------------------------------
Omitted credits or splits may be corrected by contacting K Vatto. If these
terms are knowingly disregarded after notice, K Vatto may terminate the
license, request removal of the work and claim the share owed.

7. OWNERSHIP AND GENERAL TERMS
------------------------------
K Vatto retains all copyright in the original loops and stems. This license
does not transfer ownership. The loops are provided "as is", without
warranty of any kind. If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable,
the remaining provisions remain in effect.
